SPREE STATUS:
According to the agent, the items from Betwo have been shipped to singapore. However, till now, no items had been received.
Contact of the agent was unsuccessful. Now awaiting her reply.

Agent Info: I have worked with this particular agent for quite some time and BWTWO IS THE FIRST OF SUCH INCIDENCE.

Attached was the comfirmed order after my customers have ammended them.

Please note, I will be contacting the Taiwan authorities regarding the missing parcel. At the same time, I am still awaiting for the agent's reply as to whether the parcel was send out and was lost.
